Prasino LaGrange Debuts 5th Anniversary Menu During The 12 Days of Christmas
The 5th Anniversary Menu kicked off on December 12, and runs through the "12 Days of Christmas," culminating on December 24.

As it celebrates its 5th anniversary this month, prasino LaGrange debuts “5 for $35,” a compilation of the most popular dishes that the restaurant has served during the past five years.
Tying in with the holiday season, the 5th Anniversary Menu kicked off on December 12, and runs through the “12 Days of Christmas,” culminating on December 24.

prasino Executive Chef, Todd Feitl, has selected dishes that reflect the restaurant’s committment to high-quality farm-to-table ingredients and which have been diner favorites from the start:
First Lobster Avocado with Chili Beurre Fondue and Mango Salsa
Second Grilled Fillet Skewers with Chipotle Aioli and Sweet Chili Sauce
Third Miso Glazed Cod over Brown Rice with Sautéed Julienne Vegetables and a Coconut and Carrot Sauce
Fourth Braised all natural Niman Ranch Beef Short Ribs with Sautéed Swiss Chard and a Cauliflower and Cheese Gratin
Dessert Warm Banana Nut Bread Pudding with Pistachio Gelato and Nutella Sauce

“It’s hard to believe it’s been five years,” says prasino LaGrange co-founder and general manager, Peggy Maglaris-Kopley. “We’re humbled by the community’s support and hope that we can continue to engage them with clean, delicious, sustainable food served in an eco-friendly environment that they feel is warm and nurturing.”
