Public Works: Tree Debris to Be Picked Up This Week
In a message sent out using the Village's emergency notifications system, the Public Works Department announces that all remaining branches will be picked up over the course of the week.

An alert message sent out through the Village’s Emergency Notification System at approximately 9:30 on Monday morning informed Villagers that the Public Works Department will be collecting leftover tree debris throughout the week of June 27th through July 1st.
The alert said that while Public Works crew had been working overtime to clean up the Village, they were unable to remove debris from any of the Village except for Old Town North, due to the sheer massive volume of branches requiring chipping and disposal.
“We ask that you please be patient as public works continues to clear and remove debris during the week,” read the e-mail version of the alert. “Public works will continue to survey the town until all of the debris has been picked up. We ask that you move all debris to the parkway for pick-up.”
