Registration Open for Western Springs Girls Summer Ponytail Softball

The Girls Ponytail Softball League is open for registration.

Western Springs Recreation offers two leagues: one for girls going into fourth to sixth grade, and another for girls going into seventh through 10th grade, according to the village. All players will get to play.

A registration form is available online or at the Recreation office. The registration deadline is May 13.

The season runs from June 8 through July 23 (with practices starting sooner). Fourth to sixth grades play games Mondays and Wednesdays and seventh to 10th grades play games Tuesdays and Thursdays, all with a 6 p.m. start time.

Volunteer coaches are needed. Moms and/or dads, coach your daughter’s team - get a friend or neighbor to help.
