Release: Kensington School Hosts Free Fall Festival for 40th Anniversary

Kensington School is celebrating 40 years of excellence in early childhood education in the LaGrange Highlands community.

A series of commemorative activities have been planned over the course of the next year, underscoring the school’s continued commitment to excellence. As a part of its 40th anniversary celebration, Kensington School of LaGrange Highlands will host a free Fall Festival for children ages 2 to 5 on Friday, October 24, 2014 from 5 to 7 PM. Children will enjoy pony rides, a corn maze, country fair games, prizes and crafts. The first 150 children under the age of 6 will be able to choose a free pumpkin to take home. The event is free and the community is welcome.

Barbara Marlas, founder of Kensington School, shared her excitement: “We are proud of our roots in the LaGrange Highlands. We want to thank the community for being such an integral part of our success. Kensington Schools have positively impacted the educational foundation of tens of thousands of children, and we recognize it all started right here in the community of LaGrange.”
