Theatre Of Western Springs Presents Season Opener

WESTERN SPRINGS, IL — “Silent Sky,” the season opener of Theatre of Western Springs’ 90th season, is the true story of astronomy’s “Hidden Figures,” by Lauren Gunderson and directed by Karen Holbert. The theatre said the inspiring play runs Sept. 6 - 16, at Theatre of Western Springs, 4384 Hampton Ave.

The play takes place in the late 19th century, when several women crashed through Harvard’s glass ceiling and changed the way we look at the heavens and Earth, the theatre said. Tickets are $21 and $23.
