Ticket Scam, Hit-And-Run: Western Springs Cops
A resident bought concert tickets, but never received them, police said.
WESTERN SPRINGS, IL – Western Springs police released their latest blotter Tuesday. Here is information from the reports:
- A resident in the 900 block of Red Oak Drive told police April 4 about buying concert tickets online from a third party and never receiving them.
- A woman told police her car was rear-ended by a Porsche, which then drove away. The woman suffered non-life-threatening injuries as a result of the crash. It occurred about 1 p.m. Friday at Wolf Road and Ogden Avenue.
- Eugenio Martinez 53, of Cicero, was cited about 9:30 a.m. Sunday at Ogden and Grand avenues on charges of no valid driver's license and improper use of a signal. He was released on bond.
