Thomas Ford Memorial Library is hosting another Village Read, “Like Water for Chocolate.” Earthy, magical, and utterly charming, Laura Esquivel's tale of family life in turn-of-the-century Mexico blends poignant romance, bittersweet wit, and delicious recipes. Join fellow readers for an informal book discussion next month at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 29. There will be good conversation, refreshments, and chocolate.
