Western Springs Business Association Hosts Festival of Trees

The Festival of Trees is a two-day celebration on Friday, Dec. 5 and Saturday, Dec. 6 on the Tower Green.

Families, groups and businesses will decorate Christmas trees on the Tower Green, and Friday’s activities include story time, shopping specials and hot chocolate, according to the Western Springs Business Association.

The traditional tree lighting ceremony and caroling take place place Saturday at 5 p.m. Businesses will have specials and treats Saturday for festival-goers, and Santa and Mrs. Claus will be present from 2 to 5 p.m.
