Western Springs Hosts 38th Annual Tower Trot

Run for the fun and benefits: Your health (exercise), Bear Necessities Pediatric Cancer Foundation (fundraising) and maybe your wallet (awards).

The 38th Annual Tower Trot will be held rain or shine on May 23. Open to all ages and abilities using CARA age categories for awards. Registration is required and includes T-shirt, refreshments and entertainment.

Race Agenda
Date: Saturday, May 23, 2015
Time: 8:30 a.m.—10K (6.2 mile) and Double Run (10K and 5K)
8:45 a.m.—Fun Run (< a mile)
9:30 a.m.—5K (3.1 mile)
Start/Finish: Forest Hills School
5020 Central Avenue

Preregistration
Registration form may be returned by mail or in person at the Western Springs Recreation Center, 1500 Walker, Western Springs, IL 60558. Registration is available online at signmeup.com/105797 until 12 noon on May 21, 2015.

Race Day
Register in person at the Forest Hills School, 5020 Central Avenue, Western Springs. Gym opens at 7 a.m. 10K, “The Double” and Fun Run registration is open until 8 a.m. and 5K registration is open until 8:45 a.m. Late arrivals on race day will not be eligible for awards.

Race Packets
Prior to race day, numbers, t-shirts and information can be picked up at the Recreation Center during the following hours:
12 noon–4 p.m. on Wednesday, May 20
9 a.m.–8 p.m. on Thursday, May 21
9 a.m.–4 p.m. on Friday, May 22

On race day, race packets will only be available at Forest Hills School. Doors open at 7 am.
