Western Springs Man Arrested On DUI Charge

HINSDALE, IL – A Western Springs man was one of four arrested on DUI charges in the last few days in Hinsdale. Here is information from Hinsdale police reports:

DUIs

• Andrew J. Lee, 45, of Western Springs, was arrested about 7 a.m. Thursday in the 400 block of East Chicago Avenue on charges of DUI, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, improper lane use and disobeying a stop sign. Police were called to a crash involving two cars. Lee submitted to testing that indicated he was over the legal limit. He was released and given a date to appear in court.
• Cheron H. Hughes, 42, of Willowbrook, was arrested about 9 p.m. Dec. 13 at Ogden Avenue and Route 83 on charges of DUI, improper lane use and failure to yield to emergency vehicles. He also had an outstanding DuPage County warrant. He refused testing to determine his blood-alcohol content. He was released and given a date to appear in court.
• Peter A. Criado, 30, of Lyons, was arrested about 1 a.m. Saturday at Ogden and Franklin avenues on charges of DUI, improper lane use and failure to yield to emergency vehicles. He submitted to testing that indicated he was over the legal limit. He was released and given a date to appear in court.
• Roman O. Wisniewski, 42, of Bridgeview, was arrested about 2 a.m. Saturday in the 400 block of West Ogden Avenue on charges of DUI and speeding. He refused testing to determine his blood-alcohol content. He was released and given a date to appear in court.

Retail theft

• Suspects stole designer shoes about 12:30 p.m. Sunday at Kelsey's Retail Boutique, 49 S. Washington St. The case is pending.
