WESTERN SPRINGS, IL — Homesnacks, a data-crunching website that ranks the best places to live in the United States on a yearly basis, has Western Springs rated as the second best place to live in the country in 2019. The village has a population of 13,187, the 206th best median home value, 44th best median income and 184th best unemployment rate in the country.
