Western Springs Neighbor Dispute Leads To Charge: Cops
Police were called about the situation and cited a local woman.

WESTERN SPRINGS, IL – A Western Springs woman was charged earlier this month after officers were called about a neighbor dispute, according to a police report.
Eva Kirsch, 67, of Western Springs, was cited July 7 on a charge of criminal trespassing to real property. Police said her neighbor complained.
The dispute was in the 5400 block of Woodland Avenue, police said.
