Family, Cops Seek Driver Who Hit 19-year Old Woman on Scooter
A woman has numerous broken bones after being hit in the Chicago's Humboldt Park neighborhood on Sunday.

CHICAGO, IL - Police are looking for a driver who struck a 19-year-old woman on a scooter Saturday in the city’s Humboldt Park neighborhood and drove off.
The woman was critically injured on Saturday at 3:45 p.m. when a 2003-2005, tan 4-door Chrysler Sebring hit her in the 3200 block of W. Crystal Avenue, on the western edge of the park. She’s currently listed in critical/stable condition at Stroger Hospital.
In an interview with NBC Chicago, Paul Marzullo identified the victim as his daughter, Kelsey. He said she suffered a broken clavicle, broken ribs and a broken femur from the crash.

“I am losing some of my faith in our community that this person left her laying there to die,” he said.. “They not only struck her, from what we understand, they ran her over and then not only did they run her over, they left her there.”
The offending vehicle was captured on surveillance video. It was eastbound on Crystal at the time of the crash and fled on Kedzie Avenue. The driver was described as a Hispanic man in his late 20’s. There were three others, all Hispanic men, in the car.
