2 Sought in West Side Murder

Police say two people opened fire on Chicago Avenue on April 7.

Chicago, IL - Police are asking the public for help in identifying two people they say were involved in a homicide on the West Side in April 7.

The two people pictured here are accused of approaching a 22-year-old man and an 18-year-old man on foot in the 3400 block of W. Chicago Ave. at 3:30 p.m. on April 7. One of the offenders displayed a handgun and fired several shots, according to police. Both victims died from their wounds.

Both offenders are described as black men between 18 and 25 years old. At the time of the crime, they were both wearing a black knit hat and black jacket. One had dark jeans, the other had faded jeans.
