Cabbie Caught Using His Cab as a Urinal Charged With DUI: Cops
The 60-year-old Forest Park man said he was off the clock even though he had a fare, according to Riverside police.

When you gotta go, you've gotta go. Unfortunately, police frown on you relieving yourself against the side of the cab you're driving while you transporting a fare, especially if you've had one too many.
Riverside police arrested a Forest Park cabbie Sunday after the man had stopped his cab in the westbound lane of 26h Street, west of Harlem Avenue, and was urinating on his vehicle, the Chicago Tribune reports.
George Whittington, 60, of the 900 block of South Ferdinand Avenue, was charged with driving under the influence, disorderly conduct for urinating in public and improper parking on a roadway.

Police noticed Whittington using the rear passenger-side wheel as his cab as a public restroom at about 12:30 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 4, the report stated. Whittington told police he was off the clock but that he was taking his passenger to Maywood and that individual was paying him with $5 winning lottery ticket, the report added.
Police allege that Whittington showed signs of intoxication—slurred speech, trouble standing, an odor of alcohol—and he failed field sobriety tests, the report stated. Whittington was taken into custody, and once at the station, he shouted profanities, ethnic slurs and threats at the officers, the report added.
