Couple Shot To Death While Inside Parked Car On West Side
The couple had a 4-year-old daughter and 6-year-old boy, their family said.

CHICAGO — A man and woman were fatally shot Sunday in the Austin neighborhood, police said. The victims were sitting in a parked car around 2 a.m. in the 100 block of N. Lockwood Avenue, when shots were fired at their vehicle.
The woman was shot in the head and pronounced dead at the scene, and the man was shot multiple times, police said. He was taken to Stroger Hospital where he later died.
The couple's family identified them as 26-year-old Martice Luster and 20-year-old Keshonda Maxey, according to a report by ABC Chicago. Their family said they were dedicated parents — Maxey had a 4-year-old daughter and Luster had a 6-year-old boy, ABC 7 reported.

The motive for the shooting remains unclear, and police were investigating.
No one was in custody.
