Girl, 16, Reported Missing From NW Side Found: Police
A girl who was reported missing from the Jefferson Park neighborhood has been found, police said.
CHICAGO — A 16-year-old girl who was last seen on Wednesday, Aug. 15, in the Jefferson Park neighborhood has been located, according to police. Maliya Porter went missing from the 5700 block of West Montrose Avenue, police said.
No details about the nature of her disappearance were released.
Porter also went missing last year, according to a report by the Chicago Sun Times.
