Woman Crashes Into Car, Man Mowing Lawn On Near West Side: Police
The woman has been charged in a hit-and-run, police said.

CHICAGO — A woman has been charged after a hit-and-run crash that injured two people in August. The woman is accused of hitting a car, and then crashing into a man on a lawn mower, police said.
The woman sideswiped the car in the 1200 block of South Halsted on August 30, police said. She then hit a 60-year-old man on a lawn mower as she drove away, according to police.
Both victims' injuries weren't life-threatening, police said.

Anlondria Gissendanner, 23, has been charged with two felony counts of failure to report an accident with injuries and two misdemeanor counts of operating an uninsured car, police said.
Police sent out a community alert about the hit-and-run, which helped to identify Gissendanner. She was arrested on Wednesday, police said.
