Girl, 4, Abducted From West Side Has Been Located

CHICAGO, IL — Police have found a 4-year-old girl who was allegedly abducted from the city's West Side. Avannah Collins-Briscoe was last seen in the Lawndale neighborhood, police said. The girl was abducted by 26-year-old Jasmine Collins, police said. Both have been located, according to a police update.

The two were last seen in the 3100 block of West Filmore in a black sedan with unknown license plates, according to police. The 26-year-old is not the girl's mother, police said.
