19 Speeding Tickets Doled Out In DuPage Co. Halloween Crackdown
The DuPage County Sheriff's Office increased patrols between Oct. 16 and Nov. 1.
DUPAGE COUNTY, IL — DuPage County Sheriff's deputies doled out nearly two dozen traffic citations during a recent crackdown that coincided with Halloween.
The following tickets were handed out during the increased enforcement, which ran from Oct. 16 through Nov. 1:
- 19 speeding tickets
- 4 tickets for driving without insurance
The crackdown, which included increased patrols late at night, was part of the statewide Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over and Click It or Ticket campaigns.
