After Blizzard, Warming Centers Open In DuPage County

Call ahead to verify shelter hours and availability.

DUPAGE COUNTY, IL --- Monday's blizzard caused dangerous conditions on roadways and left hundreds without power, and some people in DuPage County faced the even greater challenge of being left without shelter. As a result of the inclement weather, several temporary warming stations opened their doors throughout the area to give shelter to those in need. Here's a list of temporary warming shelters throughout DuPage.

Be sure to call ahead if possible to double-check on shelter hours and availability.
