Road Closures To Take Effect For Cream Of Wheaton

WHEATON, IL — Road closures will be in effect starting June 2 for the 2026 Cream of Wheaton Festival.

This year, the four-day festival's carnival will be held in parking lot 9, prompting the lot's closure.

Here's a look at the streets that will be closed through June 7 for Cream of Wheaton.

• Hale Street from Wesley Street to Seminary Avenue (closure takes effect June 4)
• Karlskoga Avenue from Wheaton Avenue to Hale Street (closure takes effect June 2)

Parking lot 9 will close May 31 as crews set up the carnival. The closure will be in effect throughout the Cream of Wheaton Festival and will continue until June 10 to allow for lot repairs.
