WHEATON, IL — Nearly 60 businesses will be handing out candy on Halloween for Downtown Wheaton Association's Trick-or-Treating event.
Halloween falls on a Saturday this year, and kids are encouraged to dress up and trick-or-treat downtown from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
