WHEATON, IL — The Great Midwest Train Show will return on Nov. 1, bringing hundreds of model trains and collectible items through three buildings at DuPage County Fairgrounds.
The day-long train show is a favorite of model train collectors and enthusiasts throughout the country and features interactive demonstrations and model trains that kids can learn how to operate.
More than 300 tables of model trains, parts, and accessories are expected to fill three buildings throughout the fairgrounds for this highly anticipated event. Collectors will have a chance to pick up rare trains and other hard-to-find items, event organizers say.
Exhibitors from across the U.S. will have their own model trains on display and will conduct educational workshops for adults and kids alike.
