Apartment Burglarized, Wallet Stolen, More: Wheaton Crime Blotter

WHEATON, IL — An apartment was burglarized, a wallet was stolen and other crimes were reported in the most recent blotter from the Wheaton Police Department.

Apartment Burglarized on Kensington Circle

A purse was stolen from an apartment on Kensington Circle that had been left unlocked. The incident took place sometime between April 2 at 11:15 p.m. and April 3 at 7:30 a.m.

Catalytic Converter Stolen in 1900 Block of Lancaster Lane

Someone removed a catalytic converter from a Ford Explorer while it was in a parking lot on Lancaster Lane. The incident happened sometime between April 1 and April 3.

Garage Damaged in 1000 Block of Lorraine Road

A resident told police someone damaged their garage door in the 1000 block of Lorraine Road. Police say the damage made it look as though someone had been trying to enter the garage. It's estimated the damage was caused sometime between 4:45 p.m. on April 4 and 11 a.m. on April 5.

Wallet Stolen in 200 Block of Wyndmere Circle

On March 31, someone stole a wallet that had been left on the table of a meeting room in the 200 block of Wyndmere Circle. The incident happened sometime between 4:15 p.m. and 5:15 p.m.
