Applications Sought for Vacant Wheaton City Council Post
Applications will be accepted through this Friday.

Wheaton Mayor Michael J. Gresk is seeking individuals who are interested in being appointed to a currently vacant city council position.
The position became vacant on Dec. 15 as a result of Councilwoman Evelyn Pacino Sanguinetti’s resignation. The appointment to this position will be for approximately three months.

Individuals interested in being considered for this position are asked to submit the following documents to Mayor Gresk, Wheaton City Hall, 303 W. Wesley St., Wheaton, IL 60187, no later than 5 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 16, 2015:
- A complete resume
- A statement identifying the reasons why you want to be considered for an appointment to the City Council
- A statement identifying the three most important issues the City needs to address in the next six months, as well as your opinion on how those issues could be addressed.
