C2 Education Offers ACT Practice Test on May 30 as NEW 200 Foundation Fundraiser

ACT Prep

High school students can take a fully administered ACT practice test to gauge their readiness for this important college entrance exam while benefitting the NEW 200 Foundation. Diagnostic testing in math, reading, or writing for students from 4th through 8th grades is also available.

These tests will be administered at C2 Education (257 Rice Lake Square) in Wheaton on Saturday, May 30 at 9 a.m.  To sign up for the practice ACT or diagnostic subject tests, parents or students should contact C2 Education at 630-517-8292. The testing fee is $20 per student, and C2 is donating the entire amount to the NEW 200 Education Foundation. In addition to the practice exam, the students will receive test scoring and analysis as well as a consultation with C2 Education to review the results.

With budget cuts in educational funding at the state and district level, the NEW 200 Foundation is a not-for-profit organization which raises funds to help bridge the gap between District 200 revenue limitations and the desire to expand educational opportunities for all students. The foundation works in collaboration with the district to award grants to teachers for innovative classroom teaching methods and classroom technology. NEW 200 is an acronym for Network for Educational Excellence in Wheaton-Warrenville for District 200, which serves more than 13,400 students.
