Wedding planning can be stressful but this weekend’s Wedding Walk in Wheaton could help you tie up some loose ends.
Those attending the Wedding Walk on Oct. 17 can visit many specialty shops and boutiques in the downtown Wheaton area that offer a variety of wedding services from wedding gowns and custom floral designs to wedding cakes, travel and hotel accommodations and inviting reception venues, such as Ivy and Suzette’s Creperie and The Cellar Bistro. Downtown businesses participating in the walk also specialize in invitation designs and specialty printing.

The wedding walk will be held from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Those attending can register the day of the wedding walk at AlphaGraphics, 128 North Main Street, where each bride will receive a complimentary goody bad and map that shoes all participating stores.
In addition, the DuPage Historical Museum, at 102 East Wesley St., has a special exhibition, Wedding Traditions Unveiled. The exhibit shows antique bridal attire, accessories, vintage photographs and highlights of wedding traditions.
