At Studio 11 Yoga & Wellness, we created a space centered around movement, recovery, and overall well-being. Our goal is to provide the Wheaton community with an elevated wellness experience where people can come to recharge, connect, and leave feeling better than when they walked in.
We offer a variety of services including heated and non-heated yoga, aerial yoga, Pilates-inspired classes, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT), Finnish sauna, cold plunge, salt room therapy, red light therapy, breathwork, meditation, and wellness workshops. We’re passionate about combining mindful movement with science-backed wellness modalities in a welcoming and community-driven environment.
