College of DuPage Wants to Know Who Leaked Meeting Tape
Officials are conducting an internal investigation to see who recorded closed-door negotiations between the school president and trustees.

College of DuPage officials an investigating how a recording of closed-door negotiations between college President Robert Breuder and the board of trustees over Breuder’s early retirement buyout was leaked, according to a Daily Herald report.
The recording of the Dec. 18 meeting violates state law, and the college officials want to make sure recordings of other closed-door meetings also weren’t made, the report stated. The school is afraid other sensitive personnel matters discussed in these meetings will end up finding their way out into the public sphere, the report added.
