Count Basie Orchestra, 10 Tasting Stations Set For Jazz And Wine Fest
Cantigny Park's Jazz and Wine Fest will feature five live performances on two stages, in addition to domestic and international wines.
WHEATON, IL — Ticket sales have just launched for Cantigny Park's Jazz and Wine Fest. The June 18 event will feature performance from the Count Basie Orchestra, in addition to international and domestic wine samples at 10 tasting stations.
Two stages will feature five musical acts throughout the event. The schedule is as follows:
- 12 p.m.: Thaddeus Tukes
- 1:30 p.m.: Victor Garcia
- 3 p.m.: Frank Catalano
- 4:15 p.m.: Big Shoulders Brass Band
- Count Basie Orchestra headlines, featuring singer Vanessa Rubin
Food trucks will be on hand to offer items for purchase during the Jazz and Wine Fest.

"We can’t wait to share this event with our visitors," Matt LaFond, Cantigny Park's executive director, said in a statement. “Putting jazz and wine together makes perfect sense for a venue like ours, and the gardens will be in full bloom. We’ve been envisioning a festival like this for several years."
Tickets are $40 for music admission only and $60 access to the wine stations, along with the jazz shows. Kids can attend the shows for $20. Click the link to buy tickets for Cantigny Park's Jazz and Wine Fest. Through May 26, attendees can use the code JAZZE to get a 20 percent discount.
