DuPage County 2020 Primaries: Early Voting Times, Locations, More

DUPAGE COUNTY, IL — The 2020 general primary elections are on Tuesday March 17. Here's a quick look at some important dates and details regarding the primaries in DuPage County.

Early in-person voting starts only at the DuPage County Election Division Office Feb. 6 and lasts through March 16. Other locations in DuPage County will be open for early voting starting March 2. Temporary voting sites will permit early voting through March 14 and permanent voting sites will allow early voting through March 16, the day before the election.

Registering to Vote

If you haven't already registered to vote, you can do so at the following voter registration locations in DuPage County. Voter registration closes 28 days prior to the March 17 election day.

DuPage County Temporary Early Voting Locations

Temporary early voting locations are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. through 7:30 p.m. starting March 2. The following are temporary early voting locations in DuPage County, which are open for early voting through March 14.

  • Addison Township Office, 401 N. Addison Rd., Addison
  • Bartlett Community Center, 700 S. Bartlett Rd., Bartlett
  • College of DuPage, 425 Fawell Blvd., Glen Ellyn
  • Downers Grove Village Hall, 801 Burlington Ave., Downers Grove
  • Elmhurst City Hall, 209 N. York Rd., Elmhurst
  • Glen Ellyn Civic Center, 535 Duane St., Glen Ellyn
  • Oak Brook Village Hall, 1200 Oak Brook Rd., Oak Brook

DuPage County Permanent Early Voting Locations

Permanent early voting locations are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Voting is open at these locations March 2 through March 16. The following are permanent early voting locations in DuPage County.

  • DuPage County Election Division, 421 N. County Farm Rd., Wheaton (voting starts Feb. 6)
  • Fox Valley Mall, 195 Fox Valley Center Dr., Aurora
  • Naperville Municipal Center, 400 S. Eagle St., Naperville
  • Olive Trees Condominiums, 200 E. Bailey Rd., Naperville
  • Stratford Square Mall, 152 Stratford Sq., Bloomingdale

To be eligible for early voting, voters must be registered in advance. If they are not registered, they have to register at their designated registration location.

Voting By Mail

Eligible DuPage County voters can vote by mail starting Feb. 6. Voters can apply to vote by mail online.
