DUPAGE COUNTY, IL — The DuPage County Sheriff's Office issued 29 speeding tickets during a recent crackdown on distracted driving in April.

“Distracted Driving Awareness Month allowed the DuPage County Sheriff’s Office to bring a heightened awareness to stop motorists from engaging in this deadly behavior," DuPage County Sheriff's Office spokesperson Justin Kmitch said in a news release.
