Fido Fun Walk - 3K Dog Walk

Where can you go to enjoy the outdoors, help a local service organization, and exercise your dog at the same time?

The Fido Fun Walk on Sunday, September 18th, 2011 is just the place for all of the above.

Sponsored by the Carol Stream Animal  Hospital and the Rotary Club of Carol Stream, this 3K walk allows one to two dogs per handler for a fee of $25 or $20 if pre-registered.

The proceeds go to fund local service projects performed by the Rotary Club of Carol Stream.

The Fido Fun Walk is part of the larger event, CS Barks, a huge event for dog lovers. Sheepherding is one of the many activities at this canine event.

The Carol Stream Barks event is from noon until 4 pm.
