Fatal Hit-And-Run Kills Pedestrian In Lombard; Driver Sought
Police are looking for this Ford F-250 in connection with the fatal crash.
LOMBARD, IL - The DuPage County Sheriff's Office is investigating a fatal hit-and-run crash that claimed the life of an unidentified male early Friday near Lombard. Police say witnesses told them a white Ford F-250 fled the scene after hitting the man as he crossed the street near Route 38 and Addison Avenue.
According to eyewitnesses, the driver fled east after he hit the man.
The man was taken to Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
