A small group is meeting at Hope for silent prayer during Lent. Come join us. In the silence. we open ourselves to God’s abiding presence, to transform our awareness and our hearts. Everyone is welcome. Bring your own prayer discipline or your meditation practice. Or come share ours. We will have some books and handouts for anyone interested. If you cannot come, hold our prayer circle in your heart, especially Thursdays during the half hour that we are together. If you have a prayer concern you would like to share, tell one of us and we will bring it to the group. Led by Carol Urban, Debby Ryel and Mary Ellen Lloyd.
Testimony: Share a Lenten Reflection
Sunday worship (Feb 22; Mar 1-22)
During the Sundays in Lent there will be time in the worship service for people to share an experience of God working in their lives. When have you felt most close to God? What “God-incidence” (rather than coincidence) have you experienced in your life? When has God touched your life in such as way that you were left with a grateful heart? Please contact Roberta Peterlinz to share a one to three-minute reflection during Sunday worship.

Holy Week Labyrinth Walk
Monday, Mar 30 through Friday, April 3 9A.M.- 3P.M. Hope Church sanctuary
The Labyrinth is an ancient tool for prayer and meditation, consisting of a winding path that begins at the periphery and leads to a central place, and the out again by the same path. The labyrinth can become a mirror for where we are in our own lives. It touches our sorrows and reaches our joys. Come walk the labyrinth with an open mind and an open heart and allow yourself to be opened to the Presence of God.
