Go Sledding At The Northside Park Sled Hill In Wheaton
Northside Park opened for sledding on Jan. 15 and will be open as long as sledding conditions are favorable.

WHEATON, IL — Snow can be a real drag for commuters, but kids never seem to complain about it. If your youngsters have cabin fever, take them sledding on Northside Park's sled hill this winter. The park is located at 1300 N. West St., Wheaton.
When there's enough snow on the ground, the Wheaton Park District permits sledding on the hill at Northside Park. Families can bring their own sleds to take advantage of this fun winter activity, but snowboards and skis are not permitted.
Before you head out, make sure to check Rainout to see if sledding is open. Feel free to send pics of your sledding adventures to lisa.farver@patch.com. You might get featured in a future article on Patch!
