'Light Up Wheaton' And Win Prizes During 2022 Holiday Lights Contest
See how residents, churches, businesses and more can compete in the 2022 "Light Up Wheaton" contest for prizes.
ChecWHEATON, IL — It's time for Wheaton to sparkle again, as residents, nonprofits, business owners and other groups get ready to deck their halls to compete in the 2022 "Light Up Wheaton" holiday lights contest. All holidays and themes are invited to enter the contest, which will honor winners with prizes and gift cards.
Participants have until Dec. 9 at 12 p.m. to email a photo of their decorated building to jviso@wheatonparks.org and officially enter the "Light Up Wheaton" contest. Judging will take place between Dec. 10 and Dec. 18 from 6 p.m. and 9 p.m.
Prizes will be awarded in the following categories:

Pictures of the entries will be posted on the Facebook pages for the City of Wheaton and the Wheaton Park District, so community members can cast their votes. Check the city's website after Dec. 9 to see addresses for each entry and take a tour of the holiday lights for yourself!
