Michael James, 59, May 16, 1952 - May 31, 2011

Michael L. James of Wheaton, formerly of Lisle, died Tuesday, May 31 at Edward Hospital in Naperville. He was 59.

He was born May 16, 1952 in Wyandotte, MI. He graduated from Ferris University in Big Rapids, MI. He worked at Premier Finance until 1999. For the last 11 years, he has volunteered at Edward Hospital as a patient advocate. He married Christina Jones January 13, 1990. He loved model railroading, building and attending shows. He enjoyed sports and attending baseball games with his family.

He is survived by his wife, Christina; three children, Kimberly, Glyn and Layna; two grandchildren, Colin and Cameron; and two sisters, Glynis and Gwyenth.
