Parking Options To Expand For Holidays In Wheaton

WHEATON, IL — As the holidays draw closer, the city of Wheaton is expanding its downtown parking options to accommodate an increase in traffic.

Customers can park on any of the levels in Wheaton Place Garage throughout the holiday season. Additional parking will also be available along the street, in Lot 2, in the Willow Avenue Garage and at City Hall on weekends and nights.

City officials also recently shared a few reminders about overnight parking ahead of the holidays. Drivers are not permitted to park on the city's streets between 2 a.m. and 6 a.m. unless they have made an online request that was approved. Street parking is also not permitted when there has been two or more inches of snowfall.
