Do you know what next Friday is?
For many moms and dads, Friday will launch the first weekend of a very long, unproductive summer if their kids don't have enough to do.
But kids love to read, right? So why not sign them up for one of Prairie Path Books new book clubs for kids? This program is for kids of ALL ages—all the way through high school. They will read one book a month in June, July and August, then get together to discuss them.

Lots of kids (along with tons of adults) attended the June 2 grand opening of Prairie Path Books, which is tucked inside Toms Price Home Furnishings in Wheaton. Elementary School student John Boyd said the store was "awesome."
"It's amazing!" he said. "It's clean, and you feel like you're in a house. I love being surrounded by all those books. I want to go back all the time."
