Protest To March Through Parts Of Wheaton Friday
Wheaton officials say protesters plan to march on the sidewalks, but there could still be minor traffic delays.

WHEATON, IL — Wheaton city officials say a planned protest will march through the city Friday and may cause minor traffic delays, though protesters will be marching on the sidewalks. The protest will start at 2 p.m. and is expected to last until 5 p.m., according to an update from the city.
The protest will start at Adams Park and then head south on Main Street before turning west onto Front Street. From Front Street, the march will head north on West Street before moving east on Union Avenue. From Union Avenue, the march will continue south on Main Street back to Adams Park.
Wheaton officials say members of the Wheaton Police Department will be present during the march "for everyone's safety."
