Red-Highlighted Woman Seen Passing Funny Money At Target
Woman with red streaks in hair successful passed a counterfeit one-hundred-dollar bill at Target but second attempt was unsuccessful.

An asset protection agent reported that a young woman came into the Target store and tried to buy store merchandise with phone one-hundred-dollar bills, reports said.
Wheaton police were called to Target at 601 S. County Farm Road around 2:35 p.m. Jan. 26 after store employees reported a customer using fake money.
The store agent told police that a young woman purchased an iPhone charging cable, which she paid for with a counterfeit one-hundred-dollar bill.

The woman then attempted to make a purchase at the cash registers using fake money, but the cashier declined the sale.
The store agent said the woman left the phone charger that she had already purchased and the second counterfeit bill and fled from the store. She was last seen getting into the passenger seat of a small red car.

The car immediately departed, reports said.
The phony bills were placed in a enveloped and surveillance video of the woman making her purchases were provided to police.
The woman in the images was dressed in a black coat, jeans and brown shoes. Police said she had longer black hair, possibly with red highlights.
