Road Closures To Take Effect For Cream Of Wheaton Festival
The four-day festival, which kicks off June 2, will result in road closures throughout downtown Wheaton.
WHEATON, IL — The Cream of Wheaton festival returns Thursday after a two-year hiatus, bringing with it road closures throughout the downtown area.
The following road and parking lot closures will be in effect May 31 through June 5:
- Liberty Drive from Cross Street to Wheaton Avenue
- Leased parking lots on Liberty Drive
- Karlskoga Drive between Wheaton Avenue and Hale Street
The following closures will be in effect June 2 through June 5:

- Hale Street between Front Street and Seminary Avenue
- Hale Street between the alley by Egg Harbor Cafe and Front Street (this closure takes effect at 3 p.m.)
Cream of Wheaton Fest kicks off June 2 and runs through June 5, offering carnival rides, live music, food vendors, a petting zoo and more.
