Suits For Success Donates Clothing For DuPage County Inmates
The clothing will be used for job interviews, court dates and more.
DUPAGE COUNTY, IL — Some inmates at DuPage County Jail will now have new clothes to wear to court dates and job interviews after Suits for Success donated more than 420 items of clothing for the new "inmate closet."
The inmate closet will also have clothes for inmates who are being released in a different season than when they were taken into custody, according to a Facebook post from the DuPage County Sheriff's Office. The sheriff's office is also working on developing a similar clothing closet for women who are inmates.
Based in Naperville, Suits for Success is a non-profit that has donated more than 53,000 items of clothing to men's and women's prisons throughout Illinois, according to its website.
