West Chicago Announces New Weekly Market

The Mosaic Market comes via a partnership with Bensoudin USA, the team behind French Markets in Wheaton, Glen Ellyn and Lisle.

WEST CHICAGO, IL — The City of West Chicago recently announced that it has teamed up with Bensoudin USA to offer a new weekly market this year. The Mosaic Market will be held on Thursdays in downtown West Chicago starting in June.

The open-air market will feature artists, bakers, artisans and other vendors, along with live musical performances.

"Together, these elements will create a weekly destination where shopping, entertainment, and connection naturally come together," according to the city's announcement.

Bensouin USA presents its annual French Markets in Wheaton, Glen Ellyn and Lisle, along with dozens of other events throughout the Chicago area and the U.S.

The Mosaic Markets will take place on Thursdays from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. through Aug. 20.

Applications are open for vendors as of March 9. An information session will be held at 5:30 p.m. on March 11 at West Chicago City Hall.
