The Hearing Doctors is holding a unique health care seminar on Tinnitus on Tuesday, March 25 from 5 pm to 7 pm at the Hearing Doctors office on 311 S. County Farm Rd., Suite D in Wheaton.
Tinnitus is very difficult to treat as it can be caused by several factors, some of which have little to do with hearing.
I’m inviting two of my colleagues--Dr. Melissa Wilke, a chiropractor from Progressive Athletics, and Sharon Vogel, licensed massage therapist at Blissful Health Center--to join me in presenting this session on tinnitus. Melissa and Sharon will both approach this disorder from their professional vantage point and offer interesting and novel therapies to treat it.

What is Tinnitus?
Tinnitus is not a disease, but a condition that can result from a wide range of underlying causes: neurological damage, ear infections, foreign objects in the ear, nasal allergies, wax build-up, and exposure to loud sounds.
