Wheaton Businesses Offer Pickup, Discounts: Coronavirus Closures

As restaurants close to in-person service, Wheaton businesses are offering extra incentives for customers.

WHEATON, IL — After Governor J.B. Pritzker ordered all Illinois restaurants shut down to dine-in customers amid coronavirus fears, Wheaton businesses are offering curbside service and discounts in an effort to encourage customers.

Many Wheaton restaurants are offering special menus, gift card deals and delivery options. According to the Downtown Wheaton Association, they are as follows:

  • 302 WheatonTaking phone and online orders and will do curbside in their parking lot. Growlers to-go will be coming soon.
  • Adelle’s Fine American Fare – Open for curbside carryout only.
  • Altiro Latin Fusion Offering free delivery, curbside, and pickup. Every morning, they will post a menu of what they will have available for pre-order as well as same day order. Their daily business hours will be 3PM - 8PM.
  • Choun's - Their hours this next week will be 3pm – 9pm every day, closed Mondays, curbside pickup, just call ahead 630-868-3303.
  • County Farm Bagels Starting Tuesday, March 17th they will be open regular hours for phone orders and carry out only. Place your order by phone, 1(331)716-7187, and they will have it ready for pick up.
  • Dry City Brew Works - Growlers and Howlers are available for curbside pickup.
  • Egg’lectic Cafe – Offering carry out, Doordash and free delivery (for Wheaton, Glen Ellyn and Winfield) from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm from their Town Square location (221 town square Wheaton). Call 630-260-9001 to order.
  • Five & Hoek Coffee Company - Free delivery within 2 miles of the shop on Main Street https://www.fiveandhoek.com
  • Gia Mia Pizza Bar - Offering online ordering and curbside pick-up services as well as delivery through Doordash and GrubHub.
  • Gino's East - Fully open on Monday and will be open for carryout and delivery starting Tuesday, March 17th.
  • Graham’s Fine Chocolates & Ice CreamOpen for curbside only Monday through Saturday 10-5 and Sunday 12-5. Orders must be placed over the phone at 630) 221-1199 or online at grahamschocolate.com.
  • Ivy – Follow @ivyofwheaton on social for information and updates.
  • Kilwins Wheaton – Open for business.
  • Kimmer's Ice Cream – Open with reduced hours (2pm-8pm) and ONLY serving customers who call in orders to 630-765-7704.
  • Little Popcorn Store - Will operate on regular hours.
  • Moveable Feast + Co.They will offer special hours and menus. Tuesday, March 17th - Saturday, March 21st and Tuesday, March 24th - Saturday, March 28th. Take away window and pick up available in their back parking lot from 8:00 am - 7:00 pm. Limited menus will be available and posted on the website. They will also be taking orders through DoorDash for delivery. Meals to go will be stocked! Gift cards are also available for purchase online and in person. They will be back to normal business hours and dine in beginning Tuesday, March 31st.
  • Nani’s Pizza & Pasta – Open regular business hours for take out and delivery and are available on Grubhub, Doordash and Uber Eats.
  • Sogno – Offering free delivery and curb side take out, call them directly to place your order 630-682-5900, Tuesday – Sunday
  • Suzette’s Creperie - The bakery will be open for baked goods and carry out and they will offer curbside service. Visit www.suzettescreperie.com and their Facebook page for menus.

Many of Wheaton's retail shops have jumped on the bandwagon and are offering discounts and delivery, although a number of businesses are also staying open limited hours. According to Downtown Wheaton Association, the following stores are offering updates:
