Funds raised at the Wheaton Chamber of Commerce Denim to Diamonds Fashion show in October were given out today to Wheaton-area charities Esse Adult Day Care and Christmas Sharing.
Christmas Sharing is an all-volunteer charitable organization run by a coalition of Wheaton and Warrenville, Illinois churches that provides assistance to families in need during the Christmas season.
Esse Adult Day Care strives to enable participants to remain in their preferred living situation (in their own home or home of a family member) by helping them maintain and/or improve their cognitive and physical functioning.
