Three Wheaton high school football teams will be competing this weekend in the first round of the playoffs.
Wheaton Warrenville South, a No. 5 seed, will compete against Dunbar High School in Chicago, a No. 4 seed, in the Class 7A first round game at 4:15 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 1 at Dunbar High School's Gately Stadium.
Meanwhile, Wheaton North High School, a No. 5 seed, will take on Northbrook's Glenbrook North, a No. 11 seed, in the Class 7A match-up at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 1 at Wheaton North High School.
Also competing this weekend is St. Francis High School. St. Francis, a No. 14 seed, will battle Glenbard South, a No. 3 seed, in the Class 5A first round of the playoffs, according to the IHSA.
